These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of ApplyIn5, including our website (applyin5.com and jobs.applyin5.com), our Chrome extension, and any related services (together, the “Service“), operated by Ctrl F Five For IT And Artificial Intelligence Consulting, trading as Ctrl F5 AI, a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“Ctrl F5 AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our“).
By creating an account, installing the extension, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The Service
ApplyIn5 is an AI-powered browser extension and web application that helps job seekers apply to roles faster by auto-filling application forms, generating tailored CVs and cover letters, and drafting answers to screening questions across supported job portals.
2.1 Beta status
ApplyIn5 is currently offered, in whole or in part, as a beta product. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice, and the Service may contain bugs or limitations. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability during the beta period.
2.2 Accuracy of generated content
The Service uses AI to generate application materials based on the information you provide and publicly available job posting content. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content — including CVs, cover letters, and screening-question answers — for accuracy, honesty, and appropriateness before submission. We do not guarantee that generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular application, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any job application.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [hello@applyin5.com] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and Paddle
4.1 Merchant of Record
All paid plans are sold and billed through Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions made through the Service. Paddle is responsible for processing payments, applying and remitting applicable taxes (such as VAT/sales tax), issuing receipts, and handling billing-related customer service. Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s own Buyer Terms and Conditions in addition to these Terms.
4.2 Subscriptions and renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the account management link provided by Paddle in your confirmation email or receipt.
4.3 Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will apply from your next billing cycle and will be communicated to you in advance.
4.4 Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our [Refund Policy].
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our [Acceptable Use Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Our IP
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Ctrl F5 AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
6.2 Your content
You retain ownership of the CV, profile information, and other content you upload (“Your Content“). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
6.3 Generated content
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the specific CVs, cover letters, and answers generated for you through the Service, and may use them for your personal job-search purposes.
7. Third-party job portals
ApplyIn5 interacts with third-party job portals and websites (e.g., Bayt, Naukri, GulfTalent, Dubizzle Jobs, Monster Gulf, LinkedIn, and others) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the availability, content, terms, or policies of these third-party sites, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms of service. Some job portals may restrict or prohibit the use of browser extensions or automated tools; you are responsible for complying with the terms of any portal you use.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR JOB-APPLICATION OUTCOME, INTERVIEW, OR HIRING RESULT FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CTRL F5 AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 100 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENT.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ctrl F5 AI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified via the Service or by email, and will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
14. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ctrl F5 AI regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
