Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for ApplyIn5 subscriptions.

1. Free Trial

ApplyIn5 offers a 7-day free trial for all new users, including access to all Pro features (up to 20 applications). No credit card is required to start the trial. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during this period before subscribing.

2. Subscription Refunds

We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments once charged. Each billing cycle is paid in advance, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until that date.

3. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge or billing system error).
  • You experienced a critical service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period and notified us within that period.

To request an exception refund, email us at billing@applyin5.com within 7 days of the charge.

4. Beta Lock-In Pricing

Beta subscribers who cancel their subscription forfeit the locked-in promotional rate. Upon re-subscribing, the standard rate at the time of resubscription will apply. No exceptions will be made.
