ApplyIn5 Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to ApplyIn5.
ApplyIn5 is an AI-powered job application tool provided by CTRL F FIVE FOR IT AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CONSULTING, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This Policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund and how to request one. It applies to all subscribers, whether individuals or businesses.
If local consumer protection laws grant you additional rights, the highest level of protection will always apply. Nothing in this Policy limits your mandatory statutory rights.

1. General Policy
1.1. All subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved on a discretionary basis under section 7 below.
1.2. ApplyIn5 offers a free trial before any payment is taken. We encourage you to evaluate the product fully during the free trial period.
1.3. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulative behaviour.
1.4. This Policy does not affect your rights in relation to a product that is materially defective or not as described (see section 4 below).
1.5. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable period described in this Policy.
1.6. If a refund is issued, access to your Pro subscription will be terminated immediately.
2. Statutory Withdrawal Rights by Region
2.1. European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom
Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from their first subscription payment and receive a full refund. This right does not apply to subsequent billing cycles. To exercise this right, you must submit your request within 14 days of the Transaction date (see section 3).
2.2. Turkey / Israel
Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital service contracts. To exercise this right, you must submit your request within 14 days of the Transaction date (see section 3).
2.3. South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada
Consumers have a 7-day right to cancel digital services after delivery and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, you must submit your request within 7 days of the Transaction date (see section 3).
2.4. Singapore
Consumers have a 5-day right to cancel digital services after first access and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, you must submit your request within 5 days of the Transaction date (see section 3).
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1. To request a refund or cancellation, contact us via:
- Email: hello@applyin5.com with subject line “Refund Request”
- In-app: via the billing or account settings page
- Receipt link: use the “Manage subscription” link in your billing confirmation email
3.2. If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
3.3. Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically qualify you for a refund of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing cycle.
4. Refunds for Technical or Product Defects
If you experience a persistent technical issue or material defect that prevents you from accessing core features as described:
- Contact us at hello@applyin5.com with a description of the issue
- Our team will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue within 5 business days
- If the defect cannot be resolved and prevents normal use of the product, a full or partial refund will be issued in line with applicable consumer protection law
5. Subscription Renewals
5.1. ApplyIn5 subscriptions renew automatically on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your plan.
5.2. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in an active billing period, unless required by law.
5.3. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
6.1. We encourage you to contact ApplyIn5 support before raising a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
6.2. If a chargeback is initiated, access to your account may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
6.3. Raising a chargeback does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under applicable consumer protection rules.
7. Discretionary Refunds
7.1. Outside of statutory entitlements, ApplyIn5 may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests submitted within 14 days of the Transaction date.
7.2. Each request is reviewed individually. We may consider factors such as usage, the reason for the request, and the nature of the issue. We may approve a full refund, partial refund, or decline the request.
7.3. A discretionary refund does not create an obligation to grant refunds in future cases.
8. Updates to This Policy
8.1. ApplyIn5 may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your Transaction governs that Transaction.
8.2. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
9. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall first be addressed through our support team. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
