Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (‘AUP’) defines the rules for using the ApplyIn5 Service. By using ApplyIn5, you agree to this policy.

1. Permitted Uses

ApplyIn5 may be used to:

  • Automate and speed up genuine job applications on supported portals.
  • Generate tailored CVs and cover letters for positions you are actually applying for.
  • Pre-fill application forms using your saved profile information.
  • Optimise your LinkedIn profile based on your career goals.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use ApplyIn5 to:

  • Submit applications containing knowingly false, fabricated, or misleading information (e.g., fake qualifications, inflated experience).
  • Spam employers by applying to jobs in bulk without genuine intent.
  • Circumvent employer systems or application limits set by job portals.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from job portals in violation of their terms of service.
  • Impersonate another person or submit applications under a different identity.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to exploit, attack, or reverse-engineer any part of the ApplyIn5 platform or its AI systems.

3. Data Accuracy Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into your ApplyIn5 profile. Submitting inaccurate information in job applications is your responsibility, not ApplyIn5’s. Employers may conduct background checks — misrepresenting qualifications or experience may have serious professional and legal consequences.

4. Third-Party Portal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of ApplyIn5 complies with the terms of service of all job portals you use it on. ApplyIn5 is designed to operate within the spirit of standard job portal policies, but we cannot guarantee compliance with all portal-specific rules, which may change at any time.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this AUP, without prior notice and without refund. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
